We take a quick dive into the basics of strength training as it applies to women. You'll get the opportunity to learn some basic barbell movements and build the confidence to take them with you on your journey to strengthen your body.
Outdoor movement and breath work session.
Ice Bath Techniques
Challenge your mind, body, and spirit while getting coached through cold water immersion. Don't be worried, it is an empowering experience!
Women's Health Optimization
An In-Depth Intro to hormone and nutritional guidance tailored specifically to women.
Sami is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, a Registered Nurse, and a soon to be board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a passion for guiding women towards a happier, healthier, and more fullfilling life. Because of her background, Sami takes a holistic approach to helping women with hormone imbalances. She believes that knowledge is power, and if you don't understand what is going on in your body, then the chances of you making real changes in your life are slim.
