How To Get Stronger With Us

You can get stronger, more capable, improve your body composition and health markers, all with just 60-90 minute training sessions 2-3x per week.

 

We'll be using the most effective strength training program in existence, and you'll receive the highest quality professional strength coaching in the industry from a Starting Strength Coach for $30/session.

We want you to get stronger and can help you no matter your age or experience level.

Step 1:

Free Orientation Session

Your initial consultation will help you discover how we can work together to reach your goals. We'll talk about what you hope to accomplish, your story, and what you can expect from us. It’s also your opportunity to ask all your questions, try out the coaching, and help you decide if investing in training with us will get you better results than on your own.

Step 2:

Intro to Strength

The Intro Session is an immersive 90-minute exposure to training with barbells with a Starting Strength Coach. Here, you will learn how to move and correctly perform the major exercises that will serve as the foundation for your strength journey. Included in the session in an explanation of the 'why' and the 'how' as well as a discussion about programming basics, fueling for your training, and we lay out your plan for you going forward. This session is required to join the training membership at the gym!

Intro Session is just $150!

Step 3:

Overhead Press

First Week of Training

Begin your training journey with 3 sessions or an Intro Month in our small group training setting. Lift alongside individuals with similar goals as you in a safe and supportive environment. Every rep you do will be meticulously coached to ensure safety and efficiency. This will give you a taste of strength training, let your coach get to know you and your preferences better, and set the stage for your training going forward. 

Train for $30/session!

Step 4:

Continue Your Training

If after the first week or month you decide that this type of training is right for you, we will discuss how training works going forward. Most of our clients stick around and see their best training results after 6+ months. We look to give you the tools to train and see the benefits from strength for life, whether you continue working with us or not.
