OPEN TO MOMS AND WOMEN WHO WANT TO FIND OUT WHAT THEIR BODIES ARE CAPABLE OF

Over 6-weeks in twice-weekly group sessions, participants will learn strength training principles and the primary barbell lifts, gym safety, and in a fun and supportive environment in our new location. At the same time, they will work with Nutrition Coach Jen Hardy to learn how to fuel their body well and adopt a sustainable lifestyle that boosts energy and improves health.

TEEN STRENGTH CAMP

 

OPEN TO TEENS 14 AND UP

Over 6-weeks in twice-weekly group sessions, participants will learn strength training principles and the primary barbell lifts, gym safety, and basic nutrition in a fun and supportive environment in our new location! Contact Sam if you have need more information.
