One Month Trial Application

The one-month coaching trial is $29/session (for three session/week) or $39/session (for two sessions/week), billed monthly.

 

The purpose of the trial is to learn the lifts and see the immediate effects of strength training. If you want to make a longer-term commitment at the end of the trial, that’s great! If you want to continue on your own, that’s fine too.

 

You will be contacted after your application is reviewed to schedule a $50 introductory session to the basics of strength training, do a workout, and see if it’s a good fit.

It is possible that there are no membership slots available.

 

If this is the case and you submit the trial application, you will still be contacted to learn how to get stronger and how to achieve your goals. You’ll also be added to a waiting list - the earlier you are added to the list, the higher priority you get for a newly opened slot.
